Pricing

Our standard price is $199 per site visit/appointment in most areas. Please note some areas may have an additional travel cost and if so, this will be advised at time of booking if applicable.

If either a QLD Government Form 26 or 23 is required to be issued, then the standard price site visit is plus a charge of $94.23 to cover the associated Admin &/or QLD Government fees.

If further site visits (inspections/re-inspections) are required then each site visit is at the standard rate 0f $199, plus (again) the associated Admin &/or QLD Government fees for the issue of the required form 26 or 23.

Any discount rate only applies to one/first inspection/site visit, and is conditional upon payment at or before the time of first inspection - including payment of all Administration and QLD Government fees associated with the issue of required form(s) 26 or 23.

Should any of these conditions not be met, payment for first inspection will be at our standard rate of $199 per visit plus all Administration and QLD Government fees associated with the issue of required form(s) 26 &/or 23.
